How can I receive a free Avon book?
Simple. Just contact me through my website, and I will be glad to drop off or mail you a free Avon book.

What's a Campaign?
Avon has a new Campaign every 2 weeks. Each Campaign is associated with a new Avon book. The Avon book will have the specials and promos during each Campaign period.

How do I know which Campaign is currently selling?
If you look on the cover page of the book, you will see the Campaign number. If you want to know if it's the current Campaign, you can check the expiration date on the back cover.

If I missed a Campaign, can I still order and avail the specials and promos from that Campaign?
Let me know and I will try to backorder for you. Sometimes it's possible that your order will still be accepted, but there are no guarantees, so it's always best to place your order within the Campaign period, so you don't miss the offers you want to take advantage of.

Do you have on-hand samples of the products in the Avon book?
I may have a few samples on hand, but I don't really keep inventory for practical purposes, so it's always best to request them and I will provide them to you at the soonest possible time.

How do I reach you when I'm ready to order?
If you have an Avon book, you can find my contact information on the back cover. Otherwise, you can contact me through my website, or through my Facebook page.

How do I know the date when the offers in the Avon book will expire?
Flip your Avon book, and on the back cover, you will find the date of when the brochure prices will expire.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For Personal Delivery, I accept cash and personal checks from established customers--cash only from new customers. For Direct Delivery, credit card is the method of payment accepted.

I don't live locally, so how do I view and order from the latest Avon books?
The latest Avon books are available to view online 24/7. When you shop online, you have an option to shop by brochure, shop by product number, or shop the entire online store.

I'm very busy and don't really have time to look through the Avon book, so how do I know the promo highlights of the current Campaign?
I would suggest you sign up with the free Avon eNewsletter that will deliver "what's hot" items in your Inbox. It's fast and easy, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

When I was trying to order online, during checkout, I was asked if I wanted "Personal Delivery" or "Direct Delivery". What's the difference between Personal Delivery and Direct Delivery?
Personal Delivery is when your order will be queued in my batch order, and I will personally deliver your order to you, and you pay me in full upon delivery. Direct Delivery is when your order is directly submitted to Avon, and you pay by credit card online, and your order will be delivered to you by a carrier.

What if I wasn't happy with my purchase--can I return it?
Absolutely! Not a problem--we're not happy if you're not. If you ordered through Personal Delivery, you can return your purchase to me and you can either opt for a full refund or an exchange. If you ordered through Direct Delivery, you can call our friendly Direct Delivery Customer Service at 1-866-500-AVON, or send an email to DearAvon@Avon.com.
